"We say there waiting for our food for about 20 minutes it was handed to the wrong car but they made it right!!!! They comped the whole order and still gave us everything we asked for plus we got some extra food for free for the wait and inconvenience they definitely know how to fix there mistakes they make! "The Sonic over on ditch road is awesome. Out of the two sonics in Poplar Bluff Missouri the one on ditch road is the best. They seem to get the orders right and the servers have always been friendly and if there ever is a problem with the food they are happy to make it right."

"Drove up this morning to get some breakfast, and there was only 1 person in the entire facility. I'm not moaning or groaning, this dude was taking calls, taking orders, cooking, and delivering them out to the customers. That's one hell of an employee, and that employee deserves a frigging raise.
